How to solve the noise of motors and hydraulic oil pump

Reason 1:The amount of oil in the tank is insufficient.

Solution1:Adding hydraulic oil.

Reason 2：Oil filter blocking.

Solution2:Clean the filter.

Reason 3：Oil pump damaged.

Solution3：Repair or replace.

Reason 4：Oil leakage between the oil pump suction port and the hydraulic oil tank.

Solution4：①Reconnect the oil suction port with butter or raw material tape.②Lock the black rubber hose connecting the hydraulic oil pump and hydraulic oil tank.

Reason 5:Motor bearing rupture.
