1. Key points of formula design

PVC shoe products have two kinds of foaming and non-foaming, injection molding and molding two different processing methods, but the main design principles of the formula are basically the same.

2.PVC resin: mainly SG-2, 3 type resin, there are also SG-4, 5 type, which mainly depends on the requirements of the performance of shoe products. For PVC resin indicators, the general requirements are slightly smaller apparent density, higher plasticizer absorption, fewer fish eyes, and uniform particle size.

3. Plasticizer: its addition amount is large, generally in 60~80PHR, mainly DOP, DBP, appropriate with DOS cold-resistant plasticizer and cheap epoxy ester and chlorinated paraffin. Sometimes according to the need, also use epoxy soybean oil, citrate ester and other environmentally friendly plasticizers.

4.Stabilizer: opaque products are mainly lead salt compound stabilizer, or with three salt, two salt supplemented with metal soap. The transparent products are mainly based on the compound stabilizer of organotin and calcium zinc. Depending on the variety, the amount added varies greatly.

5.lubricant: generally based on stearic acid and paraffin wax, polyethylene wax or oxidized polyethylene wax can also be used.

6.Blowing agent: for products that need foaming, blowing agent is essential. The commonly used blowing agent is azodiformamide (AC blowing agent), the addition amount of injection foam products is 0.5~1.0PHR, and the molded foam products are 5~6PHR.

7.Pearlescent: pearlescent sandal formula needs to add pearlescent. There are two kinds of pearlescent pigments: pearlescent powder and pearlescent paste. Such as B605 type pearlescent powder, chemical name is bismuth oxychloride, molecular formula BiOCl, is a basic bismuth salt, synthetic under specific conditions, has strong refraction ability, and PVC miscibility, good dispersion, hiding power, in the plastic molding process is not easy to break down, and can show pearl rainbow luster on the surface of plastic products, increase the beauty of products. The commonly used brand of pearlescent paste is P35 synthetic candlelit paste, which is a slurry made of basic lead carbonate particles with nitrocotton - butyl acetate and DBP as dispersants.
